This Privacy Policy explains how Veyra Group ("Veyra," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit veyragroup.us or contact us. Veyra is based in Virginia, United States.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the consultation form, we collect your name, email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, organization, area of interest, and message. When you join our talent network, we collect the details described under "Talent network applications" below. We also receive any information you include when you email or call us.
Website usage information. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed and general device and browser type. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
How we use your information

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do so:
- Cloudflare hosts this website, stores uploaded resumes, and provides privacy-focused analytics.
- Web3Forms delivers consultation and talent network form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Workspace provides our business email.
If you apply through Veyra Talent, we may share your information with prospective employers, but only with your permission. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Resumes and job applications
If you attach a resume or CV through our contact form, it is automatically scanned for security risks, reviewed by an automated AI tool (Cloudflare Workers AI) that summarizes it for our team, stored securely with Cloudflare, and shared only with Veyra staff by a private link. Your resume is not used to train AI models. Uploaded files are deleted automatically after 180 days. You can ask us to delete your resume sooner at any time.
Talent network applications
When you join our talent network at veyragroup.us/talent/apply, we collect your name, email address, city and state, primary area of expertise, resume, and the date you agreed to this policy. If you choose to provide them, we also collect your phone number, years of experience, work preference, LinkedIn profile, and any additional information you share.
We use this information only to review your background, contact you about career opportunities that may fit your skills and goals, and, with your permission, introduce you to prospective employers. We do not share your resume or contact details with an employer without your permission, and we do not sell candidate information.
Your resume is security-scanned and summarized by an automated tool as described above. A Veyra team member always reviews applications; automated tools do not make decisions about you.
No guarantee of employment. Joining our talent network is not an application for a specific job, and it does not guarantee an interview, placement, or employment.
How long we keep candidate data. Application records and resumes stored on our website systems are deleted automatically after 180 days. The notification email our team receives may be kept for up to 2 years so we can consider you for future opportunities, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Deletion and other requests. To access, correct, or delete your candidate information, or to stop hearing from us about opportunities, email talent@veyragroup.us with the subject "Candidate data request." We will confirm and complete your request within 45 days.
Student Portal accounts
If you enroll in Veyra Academy, we create a Student Portal account with your name and email address. The portal stores the courses you're enrolled in, the lessons you mark complete, your quiz answers and scores, and basic sign-in records (time, IP address and browser type) to keep your account secure. Passwords are stored only as salted one-way hashes, and sign-in links expire after 15 minutes. Your instructors and Veyra staff can see your progress and quiz results to support your learning; other students cannot. The portal uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in and no advertising or tracking cookies. To close your account or get a copy of your records, email academy@veyragroup.us.
Certificates and credential verification
When you complete a Veyra Academy certificate course, we keep records of your attendance, lab completion, assessment results, any safety notes, and your instructor's approval so we can confirm you met the course requirements. If a certificate is issued, we keep its record (your name, the course, the issue date, a credential ID, and the competencies assessed) for as long as the credential can be verified, because employers rely on it. Anyone with a credential ID can see on our verification page whether it is valid, the course, the issue date, the competencies assessed and, unless you choose to hide it, your name. The verification page never shows your email address, scores or other private details. You can hide your name from the verification page at any time in the Student Portal. Revoked certificates stay listed as revoked. To ask about corrections, email academy@veyragroup.us.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, and then delete it or keep it only as required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@veyragroup.us. Depending on where you live, including under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, you may have additional rights. We will respond within the time required by law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
